Who I Am and What I Do
My name is Sasha Ferelith Griffith. (Check out my One Pager Here).
I'm a Guyanese-American based in Virginia. I have studied leadership and people my whole life. I grew up mainly in Orlando, Florida. I am the oldest of 5 and the oldest grandchild for both sides of my family. I have a one year old as I start this company and an amazing wife.
I like working with others, hiking, flatwater paddling, facilitating groups who are learning and growing, and I personally also like experiencing new things (especially really good food!).
Having worked over 4500 hours with over 26,000 participants over the past 18 years, hopefully I can share something that I’ve learned with you. I also hope that I learn something from you no matter the given timeline of our interaction.
I’ve had the privilege of delivering over 70 presentations throughout the country and have even taught 15 for credit college courses through two universities.
I hope to continue to help folks, hopefully including you, bring out the best through conversation and leave with takeaways.
